The following therapists offer therapy services in Middle Tennessee Schools.

Jill R. Fraser, M.A., CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Jill received a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Kentucky in 1995. She attended Northeast Louisiana University where she received her Master of Arts in Communicative Disorders in 1997.

After graduate school Jill initially worked in skilled nursing facilities in Texas and Louisiana. In October 1999, Jill began her career as a school-based SLP in the public schools in the Shreveport, Louisiana area. She moved to Tennessee in December 2005, and took a position with Rutherford County schools in August 2006 until February 2009. She then took a position with Williamson County schools. Jill worked in WCS until May 2013. During her time in the schools, Jill gained extensive experience working with children ages 3-11, with a variety of communication disorders. Jill has evaluated and developed treatment plans for children with Autism, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation delays, language delays, augmentative communication needs, phonological deficits, fluency disorders, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, Wolf-Hirschlhorn Syndrome, and Angelman Syndrome. Jill has attended trainings for PECS, the TEACCH program, and Linda Hodgdon Visual Strategies workshop.

Jill is excited to join our team of therapists at Franklin Speech and Learning. She is married and has two children of her own. She enjoys watching her children's soccer and basketball games, as well as her son's swim meets. She enjoys playing golf, walking, zumba, and spending time with family and friends.
